NERIUS JASINAVIČIUS is Board Member and COO of LietPak, leading packaging company. Previously he served on the board and CEO of Achema Group, one of the largest group of companies in Lithuania, Founder of TOC consulting company TOC sprendimai, and Founding Member of TOC Practitioners Alliance TOCPA.

Nerius has been involved in TOC for nearly 20 years as an international TOC trainer and consultant. He is TOCICO certified in Supply Chain and Thinking Processes, and Certified Management Consultant (ICMCI). 

In 2019 Nerius was awarded TOC Excellence Award by TOCPA.
He is the author of the book and the educational program From Craftsmanship to Business with the ambition to help one million small and medium business owners.
