ODED COHEN has over 40 years of experience in developing, teaching and implementing TOC methodology, solutions and implementation processes working directly with Dr. Goldratt all over the world. Among the countries to which Oded brings his expertise are the USA, Canada, Japan, India, China, the UK, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Turkey and many others.
Oded in the is the author of Ever Improve – A Guide to Managing Production the TOC Way, (2010). Oded co-authored the book Deming & Goldratt: The Theory of Constraints and the System of Profound Knowledge – The Decalogue (1999). Together with Jelena Fedurko Oded has co-authored the book Theory of Constraints Fundamentals (2012).
Oded has authored multiple TOC articles and contributed to numerous TOC books. Oded is a Co-Founder and Co-President of TOC Practitioners Alliance TOCPA, International Director and Senior TOC Expert at tocExpert Ltd, and co-founder of tocExpert Network, TOC Practitioners Worldwide group on Facebook, and TOC ThinkCamp – an international center for developing TOC.
JELENA FEDURKO-COHEN has been involved in TOC since 1999. She is an international TOC expert, trainer and consultant, and provides TOC implementation support in production, supply chain and project management. Jelena has worked in various countries all over the world, including Japan, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, India, China, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and many more.
Jelena is the author of four advances books on TOC Thinking Processes: Behind the Cloud (2011), Through Clouds to Solutions (2013), Typical mistakes in working with TOC Logical Tools (2014), A Good Strategy & Tactic Tree (2016). Together with Oded Cohen Jelena has co-authored the book Theory of Constraints Fundamentals (2012). She has many publications and video presentations, and has contributed to a number of books on TOC, the TOCICO Dictionary, and the bank of TOC materials on TOCPA portal. Jelena translated and edited several major TOC books.
Jelena is a Co-Founder and Co-President of TOC Practitioners Alliance TOCPA, CEO and Senior TOC Expert at tocExpert Ltd, and co-founder of tocExpert Network, TOC Practitioners Worldwide group on Facebook, and TOC ThinkCamp – an international center for developing TOC.
NERIUS JASINAVIČIUS is Board Member of Achema Group, one of the largest group of companies in Lithuania, Founder of TOC consulting company TOC sprendimai, and Founding Member of TOC Practitioners Alliance TOCPA.
Nerius has been involved in TOC for nearly 20 years as an international TOC trainer and consultant. He is TOCICO certified in Supply Chain and Thinking Processes, and Certified Management Consultant (ICMCI). In 2019 Nerius was awarded TOC Excellence Award by TOCPA.
He is the author of the book and the educational program From Craftsmanship to Business with the ambition to help one million small and medium business owners.
GIEDRIUS BALNYS has been involved with TOC for over 15 years as TOC Expert and developer and owner of the TOC Stock Management software StockM that has been delivering outstanding results for supply chain companies in various countries.
He is Founder of the TOC software and consulting company StockM.
In 2019 Giedrius was awarded TOC Excellence Award by TOCPA.
